Booked for my daughter's prom and cannot rate Alex, their driver, more highly. He was helpful, patient, polite from the outset and supportive when the girls were nervously waiting to get out of the car at the venue. He ensured i was relaxed about them travelling alone in the car with him and provided a tag so i could monitor where they were. Wouldn't hesitate to use their service again and highly recommend them if you are looking for a chauffeur for Prom or other events.

Great service,from initial booking to drop off! I can't fault this company!I needed a vehicle for a couple of customers going a few hundred miles at short notice. Ian sorted everything out very quickly.The vehicle,communication and service were all top notch!I then hired the Senzati for a trip to Wembley for my partner, sister and her friend and they absolutely loved it. Amazing experience with Plus Chauffers. Our driver Dan was so friendly, smartly dressed and very prompt. Kept us updated on the journey throughout. Our car was their brand new Mercedes Senzati Jet Class X and was pure luxury! Reclining seats, a TV with netflix, a fridge stocked with Water and mood lighting, it really did have it all! We used them to come back from London on a Sunday. We were picked up right outside our hotel and driven through London on our journey home in luxury.Our S Class Mercedes was well specced, electric and heated seats (we didn’t need the heat), dual aircon which was needed to keep me cool and the other one warm.Blinds on the windows, a panoramic sunroof to see the London sights, water, armrest, everything you’d expect from a luxury ride.Our driver was, as you’d expect courteous, welcoming, helpful, and above all a really nice guy!This was a brilliant experience, I’d use these guys again without thinking twice. Simply awesome!

We departed our cruise ship and wanted to travel to Stonehenge then to our hotel at Heathrow. Ian was very helpful in arranging our plans. We originally booked our departure for 9am, but found out later we had to leave the ship at 7 am. Ian was booked for that early. Then he found Robert to take us on our journey. We used Plus Chauffeurs for a family airport run and return journey. Ian was prompt despite the 0300 start and smartly dressed. His vehicle was immaculate and fresh bottled water was provided to all passengers.He got us there safely and comfortably.Our return journey was met with a small delay due to problems with an earlier booking but we were kept updated by Ismail and Ian and again had a stress free return journey by Ismail who was smart and polite.Would highly recommend and will be using their services again.
